The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant assists the Occupational Therapist with evaluations, planning, and providing treatment for patients of all ages, ensuring adherence to all unit standards and protocols. Key duties include thorough documentation of care, assessments, treatment effectiveness, and coordinating discharge planning and patient/family education.
Candidates must possess an Associate's Degree in Occupational Therapy and be certified by the NBCOT. A minimum of two years of related work experience is preferred, and the role requires adherence to strict policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines.
Hours: 7:30am-4pm Weekends: Yes Holidays: Yes Travel: Occasional travel between GWV and GSWB.
