The Wellness Coordinator is responsible for maintaining staffing schedules based on community occupancy, including creating two-week schedules for LPNs and Personal Care Specialists. This role also involves coordinating coverage for call-offs, ensuring staff have proper equipment, tracking CPR certifications, and adhering to emergency protocols.
Candidates must be at least 21 years old and demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills in English. Applicants must also meet state health requirements, maintain necessary certifications, and possess computer literacy, specifically with Word and Excel programs.
