Position Highlights: Location: Warrenton, VA Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM) Coverage: Shared rotation for evenings and weekends Volume: 25–45 patients per day Systems: EPIC EMR Support: On-site Radiology and Lab at Piedmont Family Medicine Daily Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive patient care, including history, physical exams, diagnosis, and treatment plans.
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute illnesses and injuries for patients of all ages.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests and prescribe medications as appropriate.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and uphold safety and infection control standards.
Deliver superior communication and customer service to patients, families, and colleagues.
Qualifications
Education: Master’s Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
Experience
Minimum 1–3 years in a physician practice or urgent care setting.
Licensure/Certification: Current NP license in Virginia Active DEA registration
ACLS,
PALS, and
DOT certifications preferred
Board
