Caregivers will assist clients with personal care, daily living activities like eating and exercise, and preparing meals while ensuring their safety and comfort at home. Responsibilities also include performing light housekeeping, observing and reporting client condition changes, and assisting with self-administered medications.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED and be fluent in both Spanish and English, along with demonstrating compassion, dependability, and patience. A minimum of one year of caregiving experience in home care, assisted living, or long-term care is preferred.

Assisting Hands Home Care is seeking compassionate, reliable, and Spanish-speaking Caregivers to provide one-on-one support to clients in their homes. In this role, you’ll help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent while following their personalized Plan of Care.
✔ Flexible scheduling based on your availability ✔ Meaningful one-on-one care with clients ✔ Supportive and respectful management team ✔ Variety of shifts available (days, evenings, nights, weekends)
Responsibilities: Assist with personal care including hygiene, grooming, dressing, and mobility
Help with daily living activities such as eating and exercise routines
Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, basic cleaning)
Observe and report changes in the client’s condition
Assist with self-administered medications and document care provided
Support a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients and families
Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required
1+ year caregiving experience preferred (home care, assisted living, or long-term care)
Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
Compassionate, dependable, and patient
Strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity
