$24 - $28 / HOUR
Perform a variety of patient care services, including phlebotomy and vital signs recording, under the supervision of clinical staff. Assist with specimen collection, patient education, and documentation within the Infusion Therapy Clinic.
Requires a high school diploma, CPR certification, and completion of a recognized medical assistant program. Candidates must have phlebotomy experience and experience working in a community health setting.

In this role, a Medical Assistant is an employee who performs a wide variety of patient care services under the direct supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice nurse (APN) or physician. Such services can involve therapeutic and/or diagnostic procedures.

UChicago Medicine is committed to transparency in compensation and benefits. The pay range provided reflects the anticipated wage or salary reasonably expected to be offered for the position.
The pay range is based on a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE) and is reflective of current market data, reviewed on an annual basis. Compensation offered at the time of hire will vary based on candidate qualifications and experience and organizational considerations, such as internal equity. Pay ranges for employees subject to Collective Bargaining Agreements are negotiated by the medical center and their respective union.
