The role involves assisting physicians during endovenous laser ablation and microphlebectomy procedures while also performing ordered duplex ultrasound examinations and other imaging studies. Responsibilities include collaborating with staff for efficient patient flow, conducting patient evaluations, completing reports, and maintaining equipment while adhering to core values and HIPAA regulations.
Candidates must possess or be eligible to obtain RVT, RVS, or RPhS certification within 90 days, maintain vascular ultrasound credentials, and hold Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider (AHA) certification. A minimum of one year of vascular ultrasound experience is preferred, alongside a desire to learn and grow in the field.
