The Physician Assistant will conduct comprehensive women's health examinations, diagnose and treat common gynecological issues, and manage routine prenatal and postpartum care in collaboration with Certified Nurse Midwives. Responsibilities also include developing individualized, patient-centered treatment plans and providing extensive patient education on health maintenance and lifestyle modifications.
Candidates must have a Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program, current NCCPA certification, and state licensure for the practice location, along with current BLS certification (ACLS preferred). A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in women's health or a related field is preferred, though new graduates will be considered.
