MRI Technologists are responsible for operating Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) scanners, which includes verifying patient clinical history, preparing, instructing, and positioning patients for their procedures. They also play a role in minimizing patient anxiety during the process.
Candidates must be graduates of a JRCERT approved program in Radiologic Technology or an MRI approved program, and possess ARRT certification in MRI or be certified by ARRT. A minimum of one year of recent MRI experience is preferred, along with required BLS certification and preferred IV certification.

Minimum 1 year of recent MRI experience preferred.
Graduate of JRCERT approved program in Radiologic Technology or MRI approved program.
1. Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists ARRT ® and/or MRI Certification. Advanced Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists ARRT ® (MRI) preferred 2. IV Certification preferred or must be achieved by end of training/onboarding process 3. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.
