JOB REQUIREMENTS • Licenses

• Active WI license required
• Board: Board Certification required
• DEA: Active DEA required
• Certifications: ACLS required

• Qualifications: Must provide case logs for past 2 years; vaccination records required; ability to work both day and night shifts

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide critical care services in ICU setting
• Manage complex patient cases and coordinate care with multidisciplinary team
• Perform daily rounding and patient assessments
• Provide telemedicine support as needed across facilities
• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to clinical protocols
