The primary responsibility is producing high-quality diagnostic mammography images while providing high-quality patient care. This role requires demonstrating knowledge of growth and development principles across the life span to assess patient status according to age-specific needs.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Radiography program and possess knowledge/experience with all mammography and general radiographic equipment and procedures. Required credentials include ARRT registration in Radiography (R), Arizona Certified Radiologic Technologist credential, and Basic Life Support Certification upon hire.
Produces high-quality diagnostic mammography images. Provides high quality patient care. The individual must demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development of the life span. The ability to assess data reflective of the patient's status and appropriately interpret information relative to the patient's age-specific needs is required.
