The Occupational Therapist will provide professional evaluation, treatment, and follow-up services to physician-referred patients, focusing on assessment and procedures tailored to the patient's age and developmental status to maximize clinical outcomes and safety. Responsibilities also include communicating with healthcare professionals and family, maintaining accurate patient records including billing, and participating in staff meetings and student supervision.
Candidates must graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program with a Bachelor's or Master's degree and must be licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Illinois, along with holding CPR certification. No prior clinical experience is required, as this is an entry-level position, though experience in a similar setting is preferred.
Must be licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of IL; CPR certification.
