The intern will assist with various tasks across departments, including research, outreach, and program support. They will also help with administrative duties and participate in special projects as needed.
Candidates should be final year students or recent graduates eager to learn and work across departments. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required.
Fulfill tasks set out by supervisors from several departments Attend meetings and take minutes Perform research at a supervisor's request Assist in outreach and recruitment efforts Assist in providing overall program support and coordination Operations support including administrative and communications efforts Participate in other projects as the opportunity arises Assist with website building / social media posts (facebook, linkedin, HRIS homepage, etc.) Assist with recording, editing and marketing company podcast Assist with intakes and outreach
