The practitioner will conduct diagnostic assessments and develop individual treatment plans for clients with substance use disorders. They are responsible for maintaining a caseload, facilitating group and individual therapy, and ensuring all clinical documentation meets compliance standards.
Candidates must adhere to Minnesota state statutes, maintain professional licensure, and follow ethical codes. The role requires active participation in multidisciplinary clinical staffing and the ability to manage a clinical schedule effectively.

Also specializing in those needing Intensive Residential Treatment Services (IRTS).

Adhering to MN State Statutes, code of ethics, insurance requirements, and Northstar’s policy and procedures. Maintain resident/client records in accordance with Northstar’s policy requirements. Complete continuing education courses in current treatment concepts and methods as required by the State of Minnesota to maintain professional license. Attend in-house training, all scheduled Northstar/Bridges staff meetings, and consultations. Hold a caseload of clients, providing all components of a psychotherapeutic episode of care from DA through termination. Coordinate care with all providers that are on client’s care team. Manage own clinical schedule. Other duties as assigned.
