The Certified Nurse Practitioner will provide diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventive care, performing physical exams, developing evidence-based treatment plans, and managing acute and chronic conditions in a patient-centered setting. Key duties also include ordering and interpreting tests, performing minor procedures, prescribing medications, and educating patients and families.
Candidates must be licensed or able to be licensed in South Dakota and are preferred to have at least three years of clinical experience. Essential qualities include strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills for patient education, and a team-oriented mindset committed to community health.

Position Overview As a CNP or PA at Complete Health, you will practice at the top of your license in a patient-centered setting alongside experienced physicians and clinical staff.
Providing diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventive care Performing physical exams and reviewing medical histories Developing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans Ordering and interpreting lab tests and imaging Managing acute and chronic conditions Performing minor procedures (e.g., suturing, splinting, casting, mole removal) Prescribing medications within delegated prescriptive authority Educating patients and families on treatment plans and preventive care Completing timely and accurate clinical documentation
