The Residential Aide will maintain the physical environment and program standards while monitoring client medication self-administration as required. Responsibilities also include teaching residents developmentally appropriate daily living activities and assisting with administrative functions under supervision.
A high school diploma or GED is required for this position, and candidates are preferred to have two years of experience working with a relevant population. A valid driver's license with a good driving record is also mandatory.

$18.3818/hour minimum, and up commensurate upon experience

Many of our positions offer program/location differentials and/or sign-on incentives. (Please note, for part-time positions this range would be pro-rated based on hours worked)
