Deliver high-quality care to NICU patients using the nursing process, including assessment, planning, and intervention. Maintain patient safety and infection control while ensuring continuity of care during shift transitions and transfers.
Requires an Associate Degree in Nursing or Diploma and a valid RN license. Candidates must have at least one year of RN experience or completion of a residency, with BCLS, NRP, NRPA, and CPI certifications required.
