This professional role involves providing outpatient therapy, counseling, and support services to adults with severe, persistent, and mild to moderate mental illness. Key duties include conducting comprehensive assessments, formulating person-centered treatment plans, and coordinating services with various internal and external stakeholders to meet treatment goals.
Candidates must possess a Master's degree in social work, counseling, or psychology from an accredited school. A minimum of one year of clinical experience serving individuals with severe mental illness, substance use, co-occurring disorders, and personality disorders is required.
