The Occupational Therapist will provide therapy services in patients' homes, focusing on improving quality of life by performing assessments and developing individualized treatment plans. Key duties include implementing therapeutic interventions for daily living skills and educating patients and families on safety and independence.
Candidates must possess a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program (or Associate's for COTA) and hold a current state license to practice in Michigan. Prior experience in a home health setting is preferred, along with strong communication skills and reliable transportation.
