The Occupational Therapist will provide therapy services in patients' homes, performing assessments to develop individualized treatment plans and implementing interventions to improve daily living skills. Key duties include educating patients and families, documenting progress, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.
Candidates must possess a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or an Associate's degree for a COTA, along with a current Michigan state license to practice. Preferred qualifications include prior experience in a home health setting, strong communication skills, and reliable transportation with a valid driver's license.
