The Senior Administrative Assistant will act as the primary contact for the department, providing essential administrative support, which includes managing calls, coordinating appointments, and overseeing office supplies and equipment maintenance. Specific duties involve supporting clinical research activities such as tracking IRB renewals and assisting with budget and agreement signatures.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, along with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare database systems, requiring a minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience. Three years of administrative support experience in a corporate setting is preferred, with a Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field being advantageous.
