The primary duties involve performing health risk screening assessments, including obtaining vital measurements and collecting blood samples using various methods at employee health screening events. Responsibilities also include guiding participants through the process, accurately documenting results, and assisting with equipment setup and medical emergencies.
Candidates must possess a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience and hold a current CPR/BLS Certification, along with proficiency in venipuncture and capillary blood draws. A high school diploma or GED is required, while completion of a phlebotomy, medical assistant, or nursing program is preferred.

We are seeking skilled, professional Phlebotomists with corporate wellness or biometric screening experience to support our on-site employee health screening events. This role is engaged on an as-needed basis and is classified as a 1099 independent contractor position.
Events are generally conducted during early mornings and daytime hours on weekdays, offering a flexible schedule for supplemental work.
Purpose of the Position
To perform health risk screening assessments and provide clear, supportive counseling on screening results at employee health screening events.
