The Case Manager coordinates care and develops case plans for residents in the sober living program, handling intake, monitoring progress, and managing discharge processes. This role also involves enforcing house rules, conducting drug/alcohol testing, and responding to safety concerns or crisis situations as needed.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in social work, psychology, or counseling is preferred, along with experience or knowledge working in residential settings with adults dealing with mental health and substance use disorders. Candidates must maintain required annual training hours and possess skills in trauma-informed care and crisis intervention.
