Preferred Qualifications

Specialty training in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Med-Peds, or Geriatrics. Experience working with senior populations or in value-based care settings. Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and digital documentation. Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and adapt to evolving clinical environments. Experience supervising Advanced Practice Providers (NPs/PAs). Bilingual English/Spanish. Must be able to speak, read and write in both languages without limitations or assistance. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $255,000 - $298,500 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
