This role involves implementing Personal Care Attendant Services and Private Duty Nursing Services by recruiting, supervising Personal Care Attendants, evaluating patient needs, and monitoring service delivery. Key clinical duties include medication management, vital sign monitoring, specimen collection, catheter care, and assessing patient conditions for reporting to physicians and coordinators.
Applicants must possess current LPN licensure in Montana and current CPR certification, along with knowledge of the needs of the elderly and physically disabled. Essential requirements include a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, the ability to use computer software efficiently, and passing background and DMV checks.
