The Phlebotomist will professionally engage patients by assisting with drawing blood, recording critical patient information, and preparing examination rooms according to clinical protocols. Essential functions include performing blood draws, processing specimens for lab send-out, managing inventory, and ensuring adherence to OSHA and HIPAA guidelines.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED along with current national certification in Phlebotomy or Medical Assisting. A minimum of two years of recent experience working as a phlebotomist or medical assistant in a medical facility is required.
We are currently recruiting for a Phlebotomist at Main Line OB/GYN in our Collegeville, PA location.
Hours: Monday-Thursday 8am-4:30pm & Friday 8am-3pm
The Phlebotomist professionally engages Axia Women’s Health patients by assisting with drawing blood, recording critical patient information, and providing information to patients so they may fully utilize and benefit from the clinical services per the guidance of Axia Women’s Health patient protocol and Care Center’s Senior Physicians.
