The Housing Care Navigator supports individuals experiencing homelessness by conducting needs assessments and creating individualized housing plans. They coordinate with community partners and landlords to help participants secure stable housing and overcome barriers.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Candidates must have at least one year of experience with homeless populations and be able to obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Copa Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Housing Care Navigator to support individuals experiencing homelessness in achieving long-term housing stability. In this role, you’ll provide trauma-informed care, conduct housing assessments, and connect participants with critical community resources. You will play a vital part in empowering participants to overcome barriers, secure housing, and thrive.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience. At least 1 year of experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness and/or behavioral health needs. Ability to obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card within 8 weeks of hire TB test clearance (upon hire and annually). Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record. Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
