The role involves taking a lead role in comprehensive patient assessments using clinical intuition to monitor well-being and proactively manage outcomes. Responsibilities also include safely administering medications and treatments while vigilantly monitoring for adverse reactions.
Minimum requirements include a High School diploma or one year of job-specific experience, along with a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse credential from the Kansas Board of Nursing. A BLS Provider certification is required within 30 days of hire, and current IV Certification is necessary to perform essential functions.

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing required.
High School diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
You must possess a current IV Certification at the time of hire to perform essential functions. Minimum of 1 year experience as LPN strongly preferred.
