The Registered Nurse delivers coordinated nursing care for assigned patients by collecting data, analyzing assessment findings, developing care plans, implementing interventions, and evaluating outcomes according to established standards. This role also involves supervising assigned nursing staff, coordinating care with other disciplines, and collaborating with patients, families, and providers in a safe and caring environment.
Required qualifications include a Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice and current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with AHA-BLS or AHA-CPR specifically required. A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) and acute care facility experience are preferred qualifications.

Delivers coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process. Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, and coordinates care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment. This position is represented by CNA.
