The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat adult patients according to physician orders, using various therapeutic procedures to restore muscle strength, coordination, and alignment, relieve pain, and improve movement and function. This role involves working as part of a team to provide therapy services across multiple settings including Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Facilities, Long Term Care Facilities, or Home Health Care.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in Physical Therapy, current state licensure/certification, and current registration with the American Physical Therapy Certification Board. A minimum of one year of experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply, alongside excellent communication skills and willingness to work in diverse facility types.

The Physical Therapist would evaluate and treat patients, in accordance with the orders from the physician, through the use of a variety of therapeutic procedures designed to restore loss of muscle strength, coordination, body alignment, to relieve pain, improve movement and function. The Physical Therapist will work as a member of a team providing support and information within the area of Physical Therapy. The Physical Therapist will provide therapy services in locations including, but not limited to, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Facilities, Long Term Care Facilities or Home Health Care.
