The role involves encouraging positive relationship building and promoting independence among residents, alongside providing transportation and participation in community activities. Duties also include personal care, assistance with activities of daily living, medication administration, health monitoring, and meal preparation support.
A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required, and a valid State of Michigan driver's license is preferred. Candidates must be able to lift 50 lbs, pass applicable background checks, and become certified in CPR/First Aid.
