The Dental Hygienist supports patient oral health by assessing conditions, educating patients on hygiene, removing deposits, and applying preventive treatments in collaboration with dentists. This role involves performing diagnostic and preventive clinical procedures while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Candidates must possess an Associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene and hold an unrestricted Wisconsin Registered Dental Hygienist license, including certification in local anesthesia administration. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and two years of practice experience.

The Dental Hygienist plays a key role in supporting patients’ oral health by working collaboratively with dentists to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. Responsibilities include assessing oral health conditions, educating patients on effective oral hygiene practices, removing hard and soft deposits from tooth surfaces, and applying preventive treatments. This role adheres to established policies and procedures to ensure care, comfort, and safety remain the top priorities. 1. Associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene. 2. Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene. 3. Preferred two years experience practicing as a Dental Hygienist.
