The Dental Hygienist assesses oral health, performs preventive clinical procedures, and educates patients on hygiene practices. They also maintain dental equipment and ensure compliance with infection control and documentation standards.
Candidates must hold an Associate's degree in Dental Hygiene and possess an unrestricted Wisconsin license. Additionally, certification in local anesthesia and Basic Life Support (BLS) are required.

The Dental Hygienist plays a key role in supporting patients’ oral health by working collaboratively with dentists to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. Responsibilities include assessing oral health conditions, educating patients on effective oral hygiene practices, removing hard and soft deposits from tooth surfaces, and applying preventive treatments. This role adheres to established policies and procedures to ensure care, comfort, and safety remain the top priorities. The Dental Hygienist contributes to a positive patient experience and supports overall clinical excellence in alignment with the mission and standards of the organization.
1. Associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene. 2. Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene. 3. Preferred two years experience practicing as a Dental Hygienist.
