The Nurse Clinician II assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and documents the daily care of assigned patients, executing physician's orders and administering treatments in a compassionate manner. Responsibilities also include providing patient/family education based on learning needs, coordinating care activities, and maintaining safety and continuity of care.
Candidates must be a Registered Nurse (RN) in Texas with a minimum of six months of clinical RN experience or successful completion of the probationary Nurse Clinician I period. A current Texas RN license or valid permit to practice and current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification are mandatory requirements.
Salary commensurate with experience.
