The role involves leading the day with purpose through team huddles, practicing dentistry with clinical autonomy, and building strong patient relationships by conducting exams and communicating tailored treatment plans. Responsibilities also include empowering the team through effective delegation and ensuring adherence to all ethical and legal standards.
Candidates must possess a DDS or DMD from an accredited school, along with an active state dental license, CPR Certification, and a DEA License (or be in the process of obtaining them). A Controlled Substance License may also be required depending on the state, and legal authorization to work in the US is mandatory, with sponsorship available for qualified applicants.
