The Clinical Therapist will be responsible for providing daily group therapy and family therapy sessions, completing necessary clinical assessments, and developing effective treatment plans leading to safe discharge planning for adolescents. This role also involves working closely with patients who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, and suicidal ideation, while providing strong family support and case management.
Candidates must possess a FULLY LICENSED status in Utah, specifically LCSW, CMHC, or LMFT, along with a valid/active license to practice in the state. Required competencies include excellent written and oral communication, time management skills, and proficiency in crisis intervention, with experience working with adolescents being preferred.
