The physician provides and manages direct medical evaluation, diagnosis, procedures, and care for patients according to approved protocols and standards of practice. This includes performing necessary diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, formulating care plans, and contributing to patient and family health education.
Candidates must be able to perform essential job functions, including adequate visual acuity and effective communication skills, and must meet specific educational and licensing requirements. Required qualifications include being a Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathy, licensed in the state of service, and board certified or eligible, along with obtaining a Federal DEA license.
