• Position Overview The Physical Therapist (PT) is a licensed professional responsible for evaluating, planning, and providing physical therapy services to patients as prescribed by the attending physician.
• This role plays a vital part in helping patients regain mobility, improve function, and enhance their overall quality of life.
• Key Responsibilities Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide hands-on therapy services in accordance with physician orders Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Maintain accurate and timely documentation Supervise and support Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and Therapy Aides Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
