As a Certified Nursing Assistant, the primary role is to prioritize resident service and ensure the highest quality of care is delivered to residents and their families under the direction of a licensed nurse. Responsibilities include assisting with personal needs, comfort, Activities of Daily Living, ambulation, transfers, and supporting licensed nurses with treatments.
Candidates must successfully complete a state-approved certified nursing assistant program and possess current CNA certification, along with a high school diploma or equivalent. Basic computer knowledge or a willingness to learn is also required for this role.
