The Registered Dietitian is responsible for assessing the nutritional care of residents and advising the clinical team on nutritional status. This role involves monitoring consumption patterns, therapeutic diets, and ensuring compliance with nutritional standards of care.
Candidates must hold a Registered Dietitian license and possess 3-5 years of experience in an acute or long-term care setting. Proficiency in skilled nursing regulations and the physical and psychosocial needs of the elderly population is required.

As the Registered Dietitian (RD), you will be responsible for assessing the nutritional care of each resident/patient in the center. You will advise the clinical team, dietary department, and Administration on the nutritional status of residents, including lab value interpretation, nutritional intake, consumption patterns, food/drug interactions, therapeutic diets, and overall customer satisfaction. Your role is key to ensuring optimal nutrition for our residents and maintaining high standards of care.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC).
