The Peer Coordinator provides essential support and advocacy services to mentally ill women at the Win West Residence, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements through direct client assistance and resource referral. Responsibilities include implementing Evidence-Based Practices, conducting recreational activities, acting as a client advocate, and collaborating with the multi-disciplinary team.
Candidates must possess an Associate of Arts (AA) degree and commit to obtaining and maintaining a Food Handler certificate. Required qualifications include demonstrated knowledge in motivational interviewing and trauma-informed care, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Purpose of the Position
The Peer Coordinator provides support and advocacy services to mentally ill women living at the Win West Residence. S/he provides basic support services to clients. The Peer Coordinator ensures compliance with all Win contractual requirements.
