The nurse will use excellent nursing skills to observe, interpret, and monitor the patient's condition, acting as the patient advocate and notifying appropriate personnel of any changes. Responsibilities also include discussing healthcare with patients, relaying concerns to the nursing team, performing IV therapy, and ensuring proper maintenance of clinical records.
Successful candidates must possess a current and unrestricted RN license and ideally have 3 years of RN experience, with a preference for home care experience and exceptional IV skills. Candidates must also have a nursing degree (BSN or ADN), current CPR certification, and must pass background checks and drug tests.
