The Unit RN performs services requiring substantial specialized knowledge, judgment, and skill to carry out the nursing regimen supporting medical care based on biological, physiological, behavioral, and social sciences. The Licensed Practical Nurse performs selected aspects of the designated nursing regiment under the direction of an RN, requiring specialized knowledge and judgment.
Applicants must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current RN or LPN licensure recognized by the State of Vermont, and must demonstrate competence as a nursing practitioner with BLS certification. Gerontological nursing experience and knowledge of supervision techniques are preferred.

Bonus payment are subject to applicable taxes and will be paid out in three installments: after completion of satisfactory probationary period (generally 90 days), after 1 year, and after 2 years of employment.
