The role involves performing diagnostic imaging procedures in at least one advanced imaging modality, such as Computed Tomography (CT), on adult and/or pediatric patients for diagnosis and treatment, alongside quality control duties. Responsibilities include preparing the patient and equipment for procedures and independently performing studies, including on-call and portable exams as required.
Candidates must possess an Associate degree or higher in a related field and be certified as a Registered Technologist in Radiography (R.T.(R)). Required licensure or certification includes RTR, CT, MR, M, BD, CI, VI, RCIS, or RCES, with a minimum of one year of CT experience preferred.
