The Residential Aide is responsible for maintaining the physical environment and program standards, monitoring client medications, and assisting residents with daily living activities. They also prepare and facilitate educational groups and coordinate care with providers and families.
A high school diploma or GED is required, along with two years of experience working with a relevant population preferred. A valid driver's license with a good driving record is also necessary.
