The LPN is responsible for administering medications and treatments according to care plans and physician orders. They must continuously evaluate resident progress and coordinate with the Nurse Manager and pharmacy.
Candidates must hold a current New York State Licensed Practical Nurse license. Education from an accredited LPN school is required.
