The Phlebotomist II is responsible for performing venipunctures and skin punctures to obtain blood specimens, ensuring high-quality specimen collection and processing. They will also communicate effectively with patients and handle specimen accessioning and processing tasks.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and related work experience. Certification as a Phlebotomy Technician from ASCP is required, along with a valid driver's license.
