The Home Care Aide provides personal care and housekeeping assistance to clients in their homes, following the established plan of care. They also report changes in clients' conditions and assist with emotional support and routine therapy exercises.
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with six months of experience as a Home Care Aide or CNA in a home care environment. A Home Care Aide or CNA Certificate approved by the Connecticut Department of Public Health and Addiction Services is required.
