The Inpatient Program Clinician provides clinical social services and therapeutic treatment skills to help patients achieve their optimal emotional and behavioral health. Responsibilities include conducting psychosocial assessments, providing therapy, participating in treatment planning, and managing discharge planning.
Candidates must have a Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Professional Counseling and at least 1-3 years of experience with a psychiatric behavioral health population. Licensure in the area of specialty is required.
The Inpatient Program Clinician provides clinical social services and therapeutic treatment skills to enable patients to achieve their optimal level of emotional and behavioral health. The Inpatient Program Clinician is responsible for psychosocial assessments, individual, group and family therapy, participation in treatment team planning, processing commitments, discharge planning/ case management services, making referrals, crisis intervention and acting as a liaison with referral sources and other departments within the hospital.
