As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will provide individual, family, and group therapy to long-term care residents, conduct assessments, and support residents with various mental health conditions. You will also collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate treatment and improve resident outcomes.
Candidates must have an active, unrestricted LPC license and strong communication skills. The role requires the ability to work independently while collaborating with a team and a commitment to high-quality care.
