The BSA Hospitalist Group includes 36 board-certified/board-eligible physicians and 8 advanced practice providers managing a daily census of approximately 230–240 patients.

Our split shift team provides admissions, ICU and floor cross-coverage, and NP supervision with dedicated support from intensivists and the day and nocturnist team.
Schedule
2 PM – 2 AM or 3 PM – 3 AM (12-hour shift) | 7-on / 7-off
Primary
Duties: Our service provides inpatient care for patients referred by community physicians and the emergency room.
ICU: Semi-open model with 24/7 medical and surgical intensivist coverage; hospitalists may manage selected
ICU patients in coordination
Procedures: Optional – central line and airway skills encouraged but not required; vascular access team handles most lines;
